What We Believe

Whether you are a seasoned athlete with years of lifting experience or a beginner who’s looking to make the most of life and not quite sure how to navigate the latest fitness trends, Strength Mentality Initiative pledges to deliver the best training programs in the industry and help you be the most fully-developed person you can be—in your body and by extension your life.

From the basics of working out and eating right to the abstract nature of mental and emotional development, we’re a force of empowered, highly dedicated, and health-conscious individuals.

We believe if you’re not taking care of yourself, your life is out of balance. Subsequently, your family’s life is out of balance, and that affects the people around you in ways that may not be obvious to you. So, you can live your best life, on your terms and be present with the people and things that matter most to you. We are going to empower the world through health and fitness. 
 

As our founder, Sean Cowart likes to say,

It All Starts With Behavior Modification

By using a behavior-change approach, we create an unshakeable foundation that allows us to identify areas of opportunity and what’s showing up for us. Allow us to get strong in the places where we are weak, excel in the places where we’re average, and shine a light on the stuff that we didn’t even know was there. When we modify our behaviors, we can truly make a lasting change.
