I've worked with personal trainers before and Sean is by far the best I've had. I saw measurable changes in not only my physique but major changes in my strength (particularly in the booty!). I went into our training nervous and unsure because I had extremely tight hips and pain when trying to squat. He immediately pinpointed the issue and gave me specific exercises and stretches and I honestly haven't had any pain or tightness since. As far as nutrition goes, his plans are flexible! I never feel restricted when discussing food because he understands that life is about balance. This was HUGE for me and it made the entire process so much more enjoyable knowing I wasn't doomed to brown rice and dry chicken every day.  Sean truly knows what he's talking about and he explains the reasoning behind why he's choosing certain exercises for your goals in ways that are informative but easy to understand.
