Cancellation Policy
The client understands that at least 24 hours' notice will be provided to Strength Mentality Initiative, LLC (“SMI”) to cancel an allotted class time. Client acknowledges and agrees that such notice must be given even if there’s inclement weather or Client is otherwise unable to attend the training session for any other reason. Due to the nature of the schedule, there are no make-up classes in the interim. If the client misses a class, the client will have access to the workout for that day. The missed workout will be completed on the client's own time. If the client is on vacation, sick, or needs to take a leave of absence for any reason. Please communicate with SMI and the missed sessions will be rolled over into the next month.
